I am
so glad you are interested in buying one of my puppies. If you would like to take the puppy home with you for
your new pet/companion, please email me at: ksmithp@clearwire.net or call 559-568-2219 for more information and to talk me about the puppy. We would like to discuss
the puppy with you and make sure it is the perfect puppy for you and your family.
If you purchase a puppy from
me, please make sure this puppy is what you want, I will not purchase the puppy back on any terms. My Yorkies have no
genetic problems and are very healthy. If you choose not to keep your puppy you purchased for any reason, I will take
him/her back, but I will not buy him/her back..
I am often asked about expected weight of the puppies when they
are grown. I can estimate its weight based on past experience with other puppies, but this prediction is only an estimate
with the best information and past experience and not a guarantee of size. The only way you can know 100% what a puppy will
weigh as an adult is to buy it as an adult.(But then you would miss out on so much--chewed shoes, house training, first haircuts,
and watching them grow and change)
After we have talked (or emailed) and you have decided which puppy you want,
a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $200 will hold the puppy until it is old enough to go home with you, usually 8 weeks. The
deposit can mailed or given to me in person and I only accept cash. Once the deposit is received, the puppy will
not be sold to anyone else.
Your puppy will be current on their shots for their age when you him/her. The
puppy will have had its first shots at about 6 weeks old.
You will receive a copy of the puppy's, AKC Registration
Papers, Pedigree, Vaccination Record and a bag of the puppy food it has been eating.
Yorkies are wonderful pets
and companions. You will enjoy their sweet disposition, spunky attitude, unquestioning love, and a lifetime of their companionship.
The only problem is - they are like potato chips - you can never have just one !
